Welcome to Modern Headshots (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and our professional headshot photography services in Toronto. By booking a session or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Booking and Payment

  • All sessions require a non-refundable payment to secure the booking.

  • Full payment is due on or before the scheduled session.

  • We accept payment via credit, debit, PayPal.

  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 48 hours may incur a fee.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

  • payments are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may receive a credit toward a future session.

  • No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the session will not receive a refund.

3. Photoshoot and Conduct

  • Clients must arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to clients engaging in inappropriate or disruptive behavior.

  • Any additional time required beyond the scheduled session may incur extra charges.

4. Image Delivery and Usage

  • Edited images will be delivered within 2 business days via email.

  • Clients may use the images for personal and professional purposes but may not resell or modify them without permission.

  • We retain the right to use images for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Retouching and Revisions

  • Standard retouching is included in the package. Additional retouching requests may be subject to extra fees.

6. Liability and Disclaimer

  • We take great care to provide quality images; however, we are not responsible for unforeseen circumstances (e.g., equipment failure, weather issues, or client dissatisfaction due to personal preferences).

  • In the unlikely event of a cancellation by us, we will offer a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.

7. Privacy Policy

  • We respect your privacy and do not share your personal information without consent, except as necessary to fulfill our services.

8. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
